We've seen the photos online, but we want to get a feel for the space and discuss our options today.

Absolutely! We can start with the main ballroom, which accommodates up to 200 guests for a seated dinner. It has these beautiful high ceilings and ample natural light.

It's breathtaking! What about an outdoor space for the ceremony? We're picturing something quite romantic.

We have our garden gazebo, which is perfect for ceremonies. It connects directly to the ballroom, making the transition seamless for your guests. We also have a lovely courtyard for a cocktail hour.

That sounds ideal. And in terms of catering, do you offer in-house services or allow external vendors?

We have our own award-winning culinary team, and we offer a variety of customizable packages. We do have a list of approved external vendors for specialized needs, but generally, we prefer to handle the catering ourselves for quality control.

That makes sense. Could you walk us through some of the package options after the tour? We're particularly interested in what's included and any add-ons.

Of course! We can sit down in my office once we've seen all the spaces. I'll have brochures and detailed pricing ready for you.
